摘要：A coronary arterial fistula is a connection between one or more of the coronary arteries and a cardiac chamber or great vessel. This is a rare defect and usually occurs as an isolated one. The majority of these fistulas are congenital in origin, but they may occasionally be detected after cardiac surgery. Here, we report a rare symptomatic case of rheumatic heart disease with mitral stenosis with left circumflex coronary artery branch obtuse marginal opening into the left atrium. After proper diagnostic evaluation, patient was operated under cardiopulmonary bypass with mitral valve replacement and suturing of internal opening of fistula from left atrium. Postoperative course was uneventful and patient is doing well in follow up.
