摘要：This study aim to analyze foreign direct investment in the world and in Turkey paralyzing MAI. ýn the first part of study, the content of the MAI has been explained. In the second part, the effecting factors of foreign direct investment in the worl has been taken into consideration. As for the third part, it involves foreign direct invesment regulations in Turkey and the basic indicators of foreign direct invesment in Turkey.
