摘要：In this paper we conduct a meta-analysis of the non-market valuation literature dealing with water quality improvements in the United States. We use this meta-analysis to estimate benefits transfer functions, which will allow us to estimate the water quality improvements in the state of Florida as a result of adoption and implementation of agricultural BMPs.
