摘要：This special symposium issue of the Nebraska Law Review on the law of water is dedicated to Professor Richard S. Harnsberger, a nationally recognized authority on water law and a distinguished contributor to the academic lives of hundreds of students at the University of Nebraska College of Law. Through this special issue, the Nebraska Law Review recognizes a scholar who has dedicated years of labor to the field of natural resources and environmental policy for the benefit of the State of Nebraska and sister states.
