摘要：This study is concerned with the modeling and analysis of variables for the organizational performance in the Thai auto parts industry. Using purposive sampling research methodologies, this study includes both quantitative and qualitative research. Quantitative is further qualified in this research essay from the survey given to 320 executives in the Thai automotive industry. The responses to the question constructs were captured by the use of a 5 point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). It was found that Thai auto parts organizational performance has been influenced by leadership factors, managerial skills and management innovation. These 3 variables and their quantitative and qualitative research resulted in the hypothesis of a significance level of p≤0.01 respectively. Research findings from this study suggest that the Thai auto parts industry must develop innovative leadership management techniques which are crucial in sustaining competitive capability.
