The cognitive disorders concerned executive functions without fluctuation, hallucination or extrapyramidal symptoms. In fact the patient presented illusion and REM spleep parasomnia but he didn't speak about. Diagnosis was evocated in front of MRI scan, CSF study and DaTSCAN®.
