摘要：El artículo expone el nacimiento de la red de revistas de ciencias sociales y humanidades, producto de los acuerdos establecidos por directores y editores de revistas de diferentes países, en el panel denominado Ciencias Sociales y Revistas Científicas en América Latina, dentro del marco del XXIV Congreso de la Asociación Latinoamericana de Sociología, celebrado en Arequipa en noviembre de 2003. Se describen los fundamentos de la red y los acuerdos para la construcción de REVISTALAS.
其他摘要：The article exposes the birth of the net of magazines of social sciences and humanities, product of the agreements settled down by directors and editors of magazines of different countries, in the panel denominated Social Sciences and Scientific Magazines in Latin America, inside the mark of the XXIV Congress of the Latin American Association of Sociology, taken place in Arequipa in November of 2003. The foundations of the net and the agreements are described for the construction of REVISTALAS.
