摘要：En este artículo se plantea una aproximación a las relaciones entre ciencia, tecnología (CyT) y política, y al papel que han jugado diversos actores en el control y orientaciones de política y del poder en el desarrollo de estas actividades. Algunas preguntas que orientan este artículo, son las siguientes: ¿hasta dónde el grado de impulso a la CyT ha estado mediado por grupos de interés y redes de poder? y ¿cuál es el proceso histórico que ha conformado esos grupos? Se concluye que el campo de lucha por el control de la política de la CyT se ha complejizado ya que se ponen en juego intereses diversos y concepciones distintas.
其他摘要：The purpose of this paper is to approach the relation ships among science, technology and politics and the role that various actors have played, in the control of orientations in the development of these activities. Some of the questions that are moving our search and that are guiding this paper, are: which is the extent of the mediation by interest groups and power net works in the stimulus or lack or support to science and technology?; how are integrated the groups or elites that have de fined the road of science and technology policies?; what is the historical process followed in the creation of those groups? Finally the paper ar gues that the fight field in the control of science and technology policies, is becoming become more complex, as new agents, new interests and new conceptions are entering in play.
