摘要：En este artículo se presenta una revisión de los principales enfoques sobre el problema social de la vivienda, así como las modalidades de intervención que se han registrado. Analizamos fuentes documentales para identificar: el enfoque higienista como respuesta a las degradadas condiciones de alojamiento de la clase asalariada producto de la Revolución industrial; el enfoque central-sectorial, modalidad adoptada durante la vigencia del Estado benefactor y los enfoques alternativo y estructuralista que coexistieron como respuestas al enfoque hegemónico. Se finaliza con una reflexión acerca de los enfoques urbanoterritorial e inclusivo. De forma específica se analiza el caso de Argentina en el contexto latinoamericano.
其他摘要：In this paper we present a revision of the main approaches to study the housing problem as well as the different solutions that have been proposed in the past. We analyse documental sources which allow us to identify the following approaches: The hygienic approach as a response to the degraded housing conditions of the wage-earning class created by the industrial revolution; the central-sectorial approach adopted during a Welfare State period and the alternative and structural approaches which co-existed as a result of the hegemonic viewpoint. Finally, we reflect upon the urban- territorial and inclusive. In particular, we analyse the case of Argentina in the Latin American context.
