摘要：Se analiza la apropiación de las nuevas tecnologías de información y comunicación (TIC) -principalmente Internet- que realizan algunos mo- vimientos sociales recientes para crear espacios contraculturales. Se investiga la organización mediática alternativa que se desarrolla junto al movimiento de asambleas de vecinos surgidos de las jornadas del 19 y 20 de diciembre de 2001, potenciado por la utilización de Internet, en la región metropolitana de Buenos Aires (RMBA). Se destacan algu- nas restricciones en el uso de las TIC, en particular las relacionadas con la conformación del espacio urbano. Por último, se caracteriza la pro- ducción de algunos sitios web contraculturales, considerando sus po- tencialidades y limitaciones.
其他摘要：We analise the appropriation of new information and communication technologies (TIC) -the internet mainly- by some recent social movements to create countercultural spaces. We investigate the alternative arrangement of media developed simultaneously with the self -summoned neigh- bour assembly emerged from the protests on the 19th and 20th December, 2001. This organisation was powered by the extensive use of the internet in some areas such as the metropolitan region of Buenos Aires (RMBA). We also point out some restrictions on the usage of TIC, in particular, those related to the construction of the urban space. Finally, we characterise the production of some websites for assemblies and countercultural social movements considering the potentialities and limitations.
