摘要：Se analizan las grandes tendencias internacionales de la evolución del empleo en el periodo de 2000-2010 con base en la información proporcionada por la oit, la cepal y el fmi. El universo de estudio se centra en los países de las regiones de la Unión Europea y América Latina y el Caribe, con especial atención en Francia y México. La hipótesis propuesta es que pese a las grandes diferencias que existen en los niveles de desarrollo de dichas regiones, las modalidades del empleo detectadas en ellas, se acercan cada vez más, orientándose a la precariedad del trabajo en varias dimensiones; la caída del empleo, los bajos salarios, el cambio en los contratos colectivos y otros. De esta manera se desdibujan las fronteras del empleo que antes los separaban.
其他摘要：We analyze the large international tendencies of employment evolution in the 2000-2010 period based on the information supplied by la ILO, ECLAC and IMF. The universe under study is focused on the regions of the European Union, Latin America and the Caribbean, with special attention to Mexico and France. The proposed hypothesis is that in spite of the differences there are in the levels of development of said regions, the modalities of employment detected in them, come closer, being oriented to the pauperization of labor in several dimensions; the fall of employment, low wages, changes in collective contracts and other. Hence, the border of employment which previously divided them blurs.
