摘要：La vulnerabilidad laboral es una manifestación de la precariedad de las condiciones del empleo a las que se enfrentan los trabajadores en el mercado de trabajo urbano de México. La inestabilidad de los empleos, la fluctuación de los ingresos, el impacto negativo de la inflación, la contratación a término fijo, la temporalidad del empleo y otros factores asociados a la alta movilidad laboral de los trabajadores permiten no sólo entender realmente de qué se trata lo que se denomina flexibilidad del mercado laboral, sino también deja ver sus efectos tanto en la economía como en la fuerza de trabajo mexicanas.
其他摘要：The labor vulnerability is a manifestation of the precariousness of the conditions from the employment to those that the workers face in the market of urban work of Mexico. The uncertainty of the employments, the fluctuation of the revenues, the negative impact of the inflation, the recruiting to fixed term, the temporality of the employment and other factors associated to the high labor mobility of the workers only allow not to really understand of what is denominated flexibility of the labor market, she also allows to see their effects as much in the economy as in the Mexican work force.
