摘要：A partir de una encuesta regional de hogares y entrevistas a profundidad realizadas entre 1997 y el año 2000 en los estados de Chiapas, Tabasco, Campeche y Quintana Roo, en este texto analizamos el tipo de familias que conforman o en las que se insertan adolescentes que han vivido la experiencia de haber o haberse embarazado y que han asumido su maternidad-paternidad, discutiendo si ésta es nuclear o extensa y, en este último caso, si se contribuye a hacer extensa la propia familia de origen o la del cónyuge. El análisis permite evaluar los cambios en las trayectorias de vida que enfrentan las y los jóvenes en esta situación, así como la mayor o menor vulnerabilidad genérica en que se colocan unas y otros a partir de la resolución dada ante un eventual embarazo.
其他摘要：We analyze in this text the kind of families that form or where adolescents who have lived the experience of being pregnant, and who have assumed their paternity-maternity, discussing if this is nuclear or extended, and in the latter case, if the extended family is that of the origin family or that of the spouse, all this based on a regional households survey and deep interviews performed between 1997 and 2000 in the states of Chiapas, Tabasco, Campeche and Quintana Roo. The analysis allows the evaluation of the changes in the life trajectories that face the young men and women in this situation, as well as the lower or higher generic vulnerability they are placed into from the resolution given by a pregnancy.
