摘要：Esta pesquisa teve como objetivos compreender o fenômeno da queixa depressiva da clientela adolescente do SPA/NAMI, a Clínica Escola da Universidade de Fortaleza, e a relação entre a queixa depressiva e o mundo cultural dos adolescentes que buscam tratamento nesta instituição. Utilizando uma metodologia fenomenológica analisamos vinte prontuários de adolescentes atendidos ou em atendimento com queixa de depressão. Os resultados mostram que a condição sócioeconômica, a relação familiar, a experiência da religião, o relacionamento afetivo, a percepção de si, a experiência com as drogas, a busca do findar o sofrimento e a dificuldade de interação social são aspectos constitutivos da experiência vivida da depressão destes adolescentes.
其他摘要：This research had as objective to understand the phenomenon of the depressive complaint of the adolescent clientele of the SPA/NAMI, the Clinical School of the University of Fortaleza, and the relation between the depressive complaint and the cultural world of the adolescents who search treatment in this institution. Using a phenomenologycal methodology we analyze twenty handbooks of taken care of adolescents or in attendance with depression complaint. The results show that the partner-economic condition, the familiar relation, the experience of the religion, the affective relationship, the perception of itself, the experience with the drugs, the search of finishing the suffering, and the difficulty of social interaction are constituent aspects of the lived experience of the depression of these adolescents.
