摘要：Apresenta-se, de forma sintética, o pensamento de Basaglia e sua influência na conceituação da Reforma Psiquiátrica Brasileira, como objetivo de adentrar o campo das políticas públicas de saúde mental. Com base na Teoria dos Quatro Discursos de Lacan, apontam-se as limitações da Reforma Psiquiátrica Brasileira e diferenciam-se clínica e saúde mental ressaltando-se a indissociação entre ambas. Relaciona-se a essas limitações a ausência, no interior dos serviços orientados pela reforma, da forma de discurso que considera o sujeito e a construção do laço social do psicótico. Aborda-se a questão classificatória na Psiquiatria e retoma-se a proposta freudiana de considerar a interconexão Psiquiatria/Psicanálise. Dessa forma, pleiteia-se a inclusão de uma psicopatologia que permita a signifi cação psicanalítica dos quadros psiquiátricos como elemento da atenção psicossocial. Finalmente apontam-se os requisitos fundamentais para um tratamento consistente e para a inclusão efetiva do psicótico.
其他摘要：The concept of psychiatric reform is presented in a brief form, with the objective of introducing the fi eld of mental health's public policy. Based on Lacan's four speeches theory, the author shows the limitations of the Brazilian Psychiatric Reform; he also differentiates clinic and mental health and stands out the indissociability between them. The lack of a speech that considers the subject and the construction of the psychotic's social bow in the services guided by the Reform is related to these limitations. The author mentions the classifi catory question in psychiatry and considers the interconnection phychiatry/psychoanalysis proposed by Freud. The author defends the inclusion of a psychopathology that allows the phychoanalytical signification of the psychiatric diseases as part of the psychosocial attention. Finally, he shows the principal requirements for a consistent treatment and for an effective inclusion of the psychotic.
