摘要：Este artigo tem como objetivo principal investigar as ideias do senso comum de jovens brasileiros e franceses acerca das relações entre justiça e injustiça. Para tanto, utilizou-se o conceito de tematas. As tematas são concebidas como fatores organizadores de conjuntos temáticos de diferentes representações sociais. A abordagem estruturalista das representações sociais norteou o planejamento metodológico desta investigação. Assim, foi utilizada a técnica de evocação simples juntamente com a análise dos esquemas cognitivos de base. Os participantes deste estudo foram estudantes universitários franceses (N=121) e brasileiros (N=129). Os resultados foram semelhantes nas duas amostras, demonstrando uma relação funcional e de oposição entre as ideias sobre a justiça e a injustiça. Essa relação é bem estruturada e resistente às diferenças socioeconômicas e culturais existentes entre o Brasil e a França.
其他摘要：This article aimed at investigating Brazilian and French young people's common sense ideas on the relations between justice and injustice. For this, the concept of thematas was used. Thematas are defined as the organizing factors of thematic sets of different social representations. The methodological design was planned from the social representation estructuralistic approach. Therefore simple evocation technique together with the base cognitive schemata analysis was used. The participants were French (N = 121) and Brazilian (N = 129) university students. The results were similar in both samples, demonstrating a functional and oppositional relationship between justice and injustice ideas. This relationship is well structured and resistant to the socio-economic and cultural differences between Brazil and France.
