摘要：Partiendo de la especificidad y complejidad de los centros históricos (discutiendo la realidad de su centralidad entre otros factores), el trabajo apunta a seguir las huellas de las regulaciones emprendidas en los centros históricos mexicanos, en particular la ciudad de México y Querétaro. Se discute la oportunidad de estas regulaciones y se evidencia el papel decisivo de los imaginarios urbanos que impulsan, en años recientes, un regreso a los centros históricos, por parte de ciertos segmentos de población urbana. Finalmente, se concluye en la importancia de una regulación estratégica de procesos extremadamente complejos y cruciales para las ciudades actuales.
其他摘要：Departing from the specificity and complexity of Historic Centers, (as we discuss the reality of its centrality, among other issues), this paper is oriented to follow the path of regulations operating in Mexican Historic Centers, particularly in Mexico City and Querétaro. The discussion looks at the opportunities offered by these regulations and provides evidence of the decisive role that urban imageries have, which have motivated some sectors of the population to move back to the historical center in the past few years. Finally, this paper asserts the importance of strategic regulation of extremely crucial and complex processes in cities nowadays.
