摘要：Este artigo é o resultado de pesquisa documental e bibliográfica em que apresenta uma reflexão sobre as políticas públicas de educação e formação de professores voltadas para a inclusão educacional. Para tanto, o trabalho se inicia com questionamentos a respeito do projeto neoliberal e das orientações dadas pelas instituições internacionais que financiam os programas para a educação brasileira. Em seguida, é realizada uma análise sobre a educação inclusiva e a formação teórico-prática dada aos professores que incluem as concepções epistemológicas, práticas avaliativas e desafios didático-pedagógicos da aprendizagem. Em última análise, o artigo se propõe a refletir sobre as orientações atuais oferecidas pela política educacional na perspectiva inclusiva.
其他摘要：This article is the result of a documentary and bibliographic research in that presents a reflection about the publics politics of education and teaching formation put in the full inclusion. Hence, the work initiates with questions about the neoliberal project and of orientations of international institutions that finance the programs to Brazilian Education. Then, is realized an analysis about the inclusive education and the theoretical-practice formation given to teachers which include the epistemological conceptions, availably practices and didactical-pedagogical challenges of learning. In last analysis, the article proposes to reflect about the topical orientations offers by the educational politic on inclusive perspective.
