摘要：En este artículo se exponen los elementos de una interpretación de la violencia a partir del sujeto (del que agrede y de la víctima). En primer lugar, se define la violencia como una negación de la subjetividad; en segundo lugar, se explica la relación inversa entre el conflicto social y la violencia; en tercer lugar, se discute en torno a la violencia como conflicto y como salida al conflicto; en cuarto lugar se presenta la violencia en términos de exceso o falta de sentido y, finalmente, se señala el papel de la violencia en la constitución del sujeto.
其他摘要：This article deals with elements in an interpretation of violence initiating in the subject (the one who assaults and the victim). In the first place, violence is defined as the negation of subjectivity; in the second place, the inverse relation between social conflict and violence is explained; in the third place, violence as conflict and as the solution for conflict is discussed; and in the fourth place, violence in terms of excess or lack of sense is presented. Finally the role of violence in the constitution of the subject is pointed out.
