摘要：Entre los años 1530 y 1560, la documentación temprana arroja datos sobre las señoras étnicas del norte andino. Aquellas mujeres de la élite afirmaron su autoridad y ocuparon puestos de poder, cuyo rastro y facetas se nos desvelan, al intentar identificar y descifrar los objetos emblemáticos vinculados con la posesión y el ejercicio del poder. Algunos parecen participar de la parafernalia funeraria, mientras otros funcionan como indicadores del rango. Pero la condición necesaria para ser reconocida como soberana parece constituirla el disponer de «indios servicios», una mano de obra dedicada esencialmente al beneficio de la tierra y transferible según la voluntad de la autoridad autóctona, en un modelo que se reafirma como andino por su amplia difusión, tanto cronológica como geográfica.
其他摘要：Between 1530 and 1560, ethnic female authorities appear in the historical documents. The authority and positions of power of these elite women become apparent through the identification and analysis of emblematic objects tied to the possession and exercise of command. Some of these items seem to belong to funerary paraphernalia, while others function as indicators of status. But the necessary condition in order to be recognized as sovereigns seems to be the possession of « native servants », a work force dedicated essentially to tilling the land. These laborers were transferable to others according to the will of the native authority herself, in accordance with an Andean model whose widespread temporal and geographic dissemination is therefore reconfirmed.
