摘要：En este artículo se discute la problemática que suscita la reciente política en educación básica, sobre formación docente en colectivos escolares. Se plantea que al promover esta nueva política se ha comprendido parcialmente el cambio de paradigmas del aprendizaje, de una versión individualista a la versión social o situada. La discusión remite a la revisión de los fundamentos de la teoría del aprendizaje situado, al concepto de comunidades de práctica y, tangencialmente, al de colegios invisibles. Se argumenta que la comprensión parcial de la realidad escolar y una interpretación teórica falaz del aprendizaje situado pueden afectar la implementación de la nueva política de formación. Se concluye que sería acertado reconocer, en el discurso oficial, que el germen de la colegialidad existe en toda comunidad escolar y que éste habrá de ser considerado para fortalecer la colegialidad en cada colectivo escolar.
其他摘要：This article is about the problems raised by the recently approved policy in primary education about teacher training in school groups. The point is that promoting this new policy involved a partial change of the learning paradigm, from an individual paradigm to another based on collective and social or situated learning. The discussion refers to the revision of the theoretical foundations of situated learning, to the concept of practice communities and tangentially to invisible colleges. The author argues that the biased understanding of the school reality and a deceitful theoretical interpretation of situated learning is able to affect the implementation of the new training policy. As a conclusion, the author asserts that it would be appropriate to acknowledge in the official discourse that the seed of collegiality is present in every school community and that this should be taken into account in order to strengthen collegiality in every school group.
