摘要：La realidad social, la historia de las sociedades, de las naciones y de los continentes plantean, a finales del siglo XX, nuevos retos a las ciencias sociales, problemas que parecen rebasar la capacidad de interpretación de los conceptos conocidos. Estos implican no sólamente alteraciones relacionadas con el objeto de las ciencias sociales, sino también la reflexión en niveles ontológico y epistemológico, el desarrollo de nuevos lenguajes. Para Octavio Ianni, la conformación de la sociedad global abre nuevamente el problema de las articulaciones entre razón e historia, por lo tanto, nuevas posibilidades de realización.
其他摘要：SOCIAL SCIENCES AND GLOBAL SOCIETY At the close of the XX century social reality and the history of the societies of the different nations and the different continents confront social sciences with new challenges and new problems that seem to go beyond the capability of interpretation of known concepts. These challenges involve not only the changes concerning the object of study of the social sciences, but also the brainwork at an onthological and epistemological level in the developement of new languages. For Octavio Ianni, the structure of global society raises once more the question of the link between reason and history, thereby offering new possibilities of interpretation.
