摘要：Este artículo tiene el propósito de dar a conocer cómo un grupo de pasantes de la carrera de Medicina percibió las condiciones de trabajo en las que se desarrolló el servicio social en 2009. Se realizó un estudio exploratorio a partir de una investigación en línea aplicada a 814 pasantes; se eligió una muestra de 262 y se seleccionaron 52 de las 202 preguntas que se referían a las condiciones de trabajo. Entre los resultados obtenidos está que los pasantes, al ser becarios, no fueron estrictos trabajadores de las instituciones de salud, pero laboraron asumiendo todas las obligaciones y responsabilidades de médico general , aunque en condiciones laborales precarias.
其他摘要：This article has as purpose to show how a group of undergraduate students of the Faculty of Medicine perceived the working conditions in which they carried out their social service in the year 2009. The authors carried out a scouting study based on a on-line research in which they consulted 814 undergraduate MD; they selected a sample of 262 and 52 of the 262 initial questions about working conditions. Amongst the results they show that the undergraduate MD, since they are scholarship holders, were not considered strictly as workers of the healthcare centers, although they worked taking on all the duties and responsibilities of general practitioners. The working conditions were scarce.
