摘要：El propósito de este artículo es reportar la experiencia educativa de un curso de perfeccionamiento realizado a profesionales de la educación inicial en modalidad b-learning , destacando el rol tutorial. El contenido abordó la innovación pedagógica en la alfabetización y la iniciación a la lectura y la escritura en educación inicial. La ejecución de esta experien - cia se desarrolló en 10 meses, con un total de 433 participantes, divididos en 22 grupos, cada uno a cargo de un tutor/a. Entre las actividades más relevantes realizadas por el tutor/a está el seguimiento individual de cada participante, con la finalidad de apoyarlo en los aspectos cognitivo, me - todológico, afectivo-motivacional y administrativo, y en la motivación y animación para la participación en foros y charlas interactivas.
其他摘要：The purpose of this paper is to report the educational experience of profe- ssionals who took a refresher course on early education, in the b-learning modality, with a specific focus on the tutorial role. Course content ad - dressed pedagogical innovation in literacy, along with an introduction to reading and writing in early-childhood education. The implementation of this experience was developed over 10 months; there were a total of 433 participants divided into 22 groups, each group being headed by a specific tutor. Amongst the most important activities undertaken by the tutor was the individual monitoring of each participant, the objective being to support the students with regard to the cognitive, methodological, affec - tive-motivational and administrative aspects of the course; in addition to individual motivation and animation there was an emphasis on promo- ting student participation in interactive forums and online chat rooms.
