摘要：En este trabajo se estudiaron las propiedades psicométricas de la prue - ba Body Image Anxiety Scale ( BIAS ) versión rasgo. La muestra fue de 2 mil 089 sujetos ( 902 mujeres y 1 mil 187 hombres), alumnos de primer in - greso a las licenciaturas que se ofrecen en la Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua, con una edad media de 18 . 23 años ( DE = 0 . 74 ). El análisis de las propiedades psicométricas mostró que una estructura bifactorial es viable y adecuada de acuerdo a los requisitos psicométricos establecidos cuando los informantes son los propios alumnos. La estructura de dos factores, atendiendo a criterios estadísticos y sustantivos, mostró adecua - dos indicadores de ajuste, de fiabilidad y de validez. Además, los análisis factoriales llevados a cabo con las submuestras 1 y 2 indican que los resul - tados obtenidos son plenamente confirmatorios. Futuras investigaciones deberían replicar estos hallazgos en muestras más amplias.
其他摘要：In this paper the psychometric properties of the Body Image Anxiety Scale ( BIAS ) test were studied regarding the traits displayed by higher-education students. The sample included 2 , 089 freshmen subjects ( 902 females and 1 , 187 males) studying degree courses offered at the Autonomous University of Chihuahua, with an average age of 18 . 23 years ( SD = 0 . 74 ). Analysis of the psy - chometric properties showed that a two-factor structure is both feasible and appropriate —in accordance with established psychometric requirements— when the interviewees are the students themselves. The two-factor structure — based on statistical and substantive criteria— showed adequate adjustment, reliability and validity. Furthermore, the factorial analysis —conducted with subsamples 1 and 2 — indicates that the results are completely confirmatory. Future research should replicate these findings in larger samples.
