摘要：La colaboración y la colegialidad son conceptos recurrentes en los discursos de las reformas educativas de los últimos años. Se trata de conceptos complejos que puede tener connotaciones muy distintas según la procedencia e intenciones de quien los emplea. Este artículo aborda el tema de la colaboración y la colegialidad docente en la universidad y está estructurado en tres apartados, en el primero se presenta el debate teórico en torno a la temática, en el segundo se alude a las demandas actuales que se están planteando al profesorado universitario en el nuevo siglo y, por último, estas reflexiones se contrastan con los datos empíricos que obtuvimos a través de una investigación etnográfica en aulas de una universidad pública mexicana.
其他摘要：Collaboration and collegiality are frequent concepts within the discourses about educational reforms since the last decade. Both are complex concepts that can have very different connotations depending on their origin and who is using them. This article deals with the subject of teaching collaboration and collegiality in higher education and is divided into three sections. The first one presents the theoretical debate on this matter, the second refers to the current requirements made to the university teachers at the beginning of the 21st Century and, finally, these reflexions are illustrated with the empirical data the authors obtained from an ethnographical research within the classrooms of a Mexican public university.
