摘要：La docencia es compleja y multideterminada; el trabajo inicia con un repaso general de: la política educativa, las condiciones institucionales de ejercicio y el nivel de profesionalidad de los maestros, elementos que ejercen presión sobre la enseñanza. La Formación de Profesores es uno, entre otros, de los elementos que participan en su multideterminación. La formación docente, por sí misma, no resuelve todas las dificultades de la tarea de enseñar. Sin embargo, la intención central del trabajo es comprender la naturaleza del proceso de formación, así como las posibilidades para experimentarlo. Acudimos principalmente a la filosofía de Gadamer, quien aporta conceptos como diálogo, experiencia, experiencia del otro, pregunta, fusión de horizontes, etcétera, que nos ayudan a entender mejor la formación docente.
其他摘要：Teaching is complex and determinated by a great variety factors; this paper starts with a general review of educational policies, the institutional conditions of the practice and the professionalism degree of teachers, all of them elements which put teaching under pressure. The Teacher Training is one amongst other factors that take part to this multiple determination. The normal education to teaching does not allow to settle all the difficulties that can appear during the teaching activities. Notwithstanding, the central intention of this work is to understand the nature of the teaching process and the range of possibilities in experiencing it. The main methodological support of this article is Gadamers philosophical thought, since it offers concepts as Dialogue, Experience, Experience of the Other, Question, Horizon Fusion, etc., concepts which help us to understand better the Teacher Training.
