摘要：El análisis de los perfiles profesionales socioeducativos constituye una preocupación reciente y creciente en el campo de la pedagogía social; paralela a esta delimitación profesional en el ámbito de la animación sociocultural surge el tema del voluntariado. En este trabajo nos planteamos dos cuestiones de máxima actualidad: por una parte, si en el campo de la animación, permanecen los voluntarios y cómo éstos conviven con los profesionales, y, por otra parte, qué formación ha de dirigirse a aquellas personas que ejercen esta actividad altruistamente -modelo dual, modelo único-, proponiendo un modelo global de formación, ausente en este momento en nuestra sociedad.
其他摘要：The analysis of socio-educative professional profiles establishes a recent and growing preoccupation in the field of social pedagogy; parallel to this professional delimitation in the field of socio-cultural animation, arises the issue of the voluntary work. In this work, we outline two questions of the maximum actuality: by one hand, if in the field of animation, remain the volunteers, and how these work together with professionals, and, by the other hand, what kind of formation must be addressed to those people who practice this activity in a altruistic way-dual model, unique model-, proposing a global model of training, absent at this moment in our society.
