摘要：En este artículo se describe y analiza las principales actividades de aprendizaje tecnológico (att) llevadas a cabo por empresas de la industria manufacturera guanajuatense. Las pregun- tas centrales que guían la discusión son: ¿Qué es el aprendizaje tecnológico y qué actividades lo conforman?, ¿qué actividades de aprendizaje tecnológico llevan a cabo las empresas ma- nufactureras establecidas en Guanajuato?, y ¿qué factores afectan los procesos de aprendizaje tecnológico y las att en estas empresas? Los resultados del estudio que se realizó dan cuenta de la heterogeneidad de la industria manufacturera de Guanajuato y que el tipo e intensidad de las att, así como las débiles capacidades de absorción, están limitando el potencial de las capacidades de innovación de las empresas.
其他摘要：In this article the main activities that contribute to technological learning in Guanajuato’s manufacturing industry are described and analyzed. The central questions this article tries to answer are: What is technological learning and what are the main technological learning activities? What kind of technological learning activities (TLA) do manufacturing firms in Guanajuato undertake? And, What factors influence in the learning technological process and in TLA undertake in these firms? The results of the study show the heterogeneity of the manufacturing industry in Guanajuato; the type and intensity of the TLA as well as the weak absorptive capacities are limiting the potential of the firm’s innovation capabilities.
