其他摘要:This work surveys three fundamental stages in the studies of welfare and Latin-American and Mexican social policy: the first one correspond to emerged studies on welfare in the framework of developmental theories, during the period of the industrialization model climax through the substitution of imports; the second one is involved in process of crisis and reorganization of the Latin American economies and it is characterized by the growth of Washingtons Consensus as a dominant paradigm; the third one is characterized by the studies production which critically respond to said consensus. This period has been distinguished by an exhaustive revision of the social effects either the stabilization and adjustment processes or the establishment of a new economic model addressed to exports. The social policy and the development at regional level have also been notable due to the elaboration of alternative conceptual proposals to think of the welfare, the social policy and the development at regional level
