摘要：Este artículo analiza la evolución que la práctica de la defensa de los derechos humanos ha tenido en la sociedad de Guadalajara durante la década de los noventa. Se buscan entender las distintas trayectorias y posiciones que definen la relación de la Iglesia católica, el gobierno y la sociedad civil con respecto a la manera de valorar y llevar a la práctica la defensa de los derechos humanos. En este trabajo se resalta que durante la década de los noventa el abanderamiento y la institucionalización de la defensa de los derechos humanos pasan de ser un espacio de confluencia entre los grupos cívicos y católicos (de derecha y de izquierda, progresistas y conservadores), a ser, a finales de los noventa, un espacio conflictivo entre la jerarquía católica, los empresarios, las organizaciones no gubernamentales y el gobierno. ¿Cómo explicar este cambio?
其他摘要：This article analyzes the evolution of the defense of human rights in the society of Guadalajara during the nineties. An attempt is made to understand the different trajectories and positions that define the relationship of the Catholic Church, the government and civil society with regard to the way of evaluating and putting into practice the defense of human rights. In this work it is stressed that during the decade of the nineties the register and the institucionalization of the defense of human rights passed from being a merging space for civic and Catholic groups (from right and left, progressive and conservatives), to be, at the end of the nineties, a conflicting space among the Catholic hierarchy, entrepreneurs, non-governmental organizations and the government. How to explain this change?
