摘要：A Internet é, ao mesmo tempo, parte do espaço público e parte da esfera pública, vista nos termos de Habermas. Nas páginas da web e outros espaços da Rede das redes, há um intenso e aberto processo de socialização política e ideológica. Simultaneamente, há ainda limitações consideráveis à proeminente contribuição da Internet nas deliberações sobre questões públicas.
