摘要：Este trabajo define los conceptos de multiculturalismo e interculturalidad como el marco para la integración de inmigrantes dentro del ordenamiento jurídico español. La interculturalidad es una solución al multiculturalismo (existencia de varias culturas en el mismo territorio). La interculturalidad es entendida como diálogo entre las culturas en situación de igualdad (desde el punto de vista formal), y la configuramos como una fase previa y al servicio del denominado parámetro mestizaje constitucional democrático, que vendría a conformarse como el verdadero instrumento jurídico a la hora de resolver los conflictos que plantea el respeto a la identidad cultural y a los derechos humanos en relación con las minorías o la integración de inmigrantes.
其他摘要：This work defines the multiculturalism and interculturality concepts as the framework for the integration of immigrants within the Spanish legal ordering. The interculturality is a solution to the multiculturalism (existence of several cultures in the same territory). The interculturality is understood like dialogue between the cultures equally (from the formal point of view). The interculturality we formed like a previous phase and to the service of the denominated parameter democratic constitutional mestization that would come to form itself like the true legal instrument at the time of solving the conflicts that raise the respect to the cultural identity and the respect to the human rights in relation to the minorities or the integration of immigrants.
