摘要：El presente trabajo surge a partir de las reflexiones que suscita nuestra propia practica docente. Desde ese lugar propiciamos la construccjon de dispositivos que posibiIJten capturar la sjgnificacion puesta en juego en las relaciones entre docente (sujeto formador), alumno practicante (sujeto en formación) y conocimiento (disciplinar, pedagogico e institucional). La catedra como espacio de formacion, propicia ei andlisis y reflexion sobre las propias practicas, dando lugar a la construccion de interrogantes acerca de la singularidad en que se inscrtben los procesos de ensenanza y aprendizaje. El proceso de reflexion y resignificacion perfila un estilo docente propio que supone en el formador y en el sujeto en formacion el reconocimiento y valor de la intersubjetividad como instancia constitutiva del rol profesional.
其他摘要：This work is the result of a process of reflection concerning our own teaching practice. From that perspective we encourage the construction of devices that would allow grasping the significance of the interaction between teacher (teaching subject), trainee (training subject) and knowledge (specific contents of a subject, pedagogical, institutional). The Chair as a space of development fosters the analysis and consideration of our own practice, steps that will bring about a set of questions about the singularity of the teaching and learning processes. The process of reflection and re-signification shapes a personal teaching style, which requires that the teacher trainer and the trainee acknowledge the value of inter-subjectivity as a constitutive element of the professional role.
