摘要：Este trabajo presenta los resultados de una revisión bibliográfi ca que considera docu- mentos e investigaciones sobre Educación Ambiental (EA) en general, y sobre EA y legislación en particular, producidos tan- to a nivel internacional como regional y nacional, guiada por las preguntas: ¿qué plantean los trabajos que vinculan EA y legislación educativa en Argentina? ¿En qué contexto, dentro del campo de la EA, se insertan? A través de revisiones de re- ferencia caracterizamos el panorama in- ternacional y latinoamericano de la EA, mientras que sobre Argentina analizamos los aportes de cinco artículos y un libro re- levantes para nuestra focalización. Sin pre- tender haber hecho un rastreo exhaustivo, esta aproximación permitió vislumbrar la necesidad de profundizar los estudios que, más allá de describir el contenido de las diversas legislaciones, analicen su senti- do en el contexto histórico de sanción de cada norma, así como el estado de rela- ción de fuerzas en el campo de la Educa- ción Ambiental.
其他摘要：Th is paper presents the results of a lit- erature review that considers documents and research work on environmental ed- ucation (EA) in general, and on EA and legisla tion in particular, produced at the international, regional and national lev- els, and guided by the questions: What do works linking EA and education in Argen tine legislation contend? In what context, within the EA fi eld, are they in- serted? Th rough the referred reviews we characterize the EA international and Lat- in American pan orama, and analyze the contributions of fi ve articles and a book relevant to our focus on Argentina. With- out claiming to have done thorough re- search, this ap proach allowed us to per- ceive the need to deepen the studies that, apart from describing the content of the various laws, analyze its meaning in the historical context in which each regula- tion was passed, as well as the relation- ship between forces in the fi eld of envi- ronmental education.
