摘要：En este artículo se expone la definición de grupo residencial y el uso que ha tenido esta categoría de análisis a la hora de tipificar las diversas formas de habitar que tienen los sujetos en los contextos urbanos en el norte de Marruecos. En vez de pretender describir este tipo de grupo residencial "representativo", la autora pretende abrir un abanico de posibilidades para el estudio de las familias y de las nuevas formas de establecer la residencia de los sujetos.
其他摘要：This article presents the definition of a residential group and the usage this category of analysis has been given when it comes to typifying the various forms of human habitation in urban contexts in northern Morocco. Instead of trying to describe this type of "representative" residential group, the author tries to offer an array of possibilities for the study of the families and the new ways individuals establish residence.
