摘要：Las características que componen el paradigma de la cohesión europea han sido probadas durante años en su aplicación práctica, a través, fundamentalmente, de los Fondos estructurales. Los resultados son considerados un éxito y uno de los factores de la estabilidad de la unión. el carácter científico de los análisis y evaluaciones que la conforman, más el objetivo de incidir de forma vertical en la reforma estructural necesaria, para transformar una economía regional atrasada en otra competitiva, nos hace plantearnos la posibilidad de transferencia del modelo a otros ámbitos. dos, especialmente: a las regiones desfavorecidas de Latinoamérica y a la práctica de la cooperación al desarrollo.
其他摘要：The components of the european cohesion paradigm have been tested over many years in terms of their practical application, mainly through the eustructural Funds. The results are considered to be most successful and have helped improve stability within the eu. The scientific character of the analysis and evaluations which constitute stability, combined with the objective of vertically influencing the necessary structural reform that could transform underdeveloped economies into competitive ones, makes us believe that it is possible to transfer this model to other fields such as underprivileged regions in Latin America and development cooperation.
