摘要：Este artículo trata de investigar sobre los orígenes de las actividades físicas y deportivas en las diferentes instituciones y organizaciones de la Europa del Este, a fin de aportar un mayor conocimiento sobre su evolución y los efectos que provocaron en los ciudadanos de sus países. Desde ese punto de vista, se intenta profundizar en la historia del Movimiento Orel como una de las organizaciones más relevantes e influyentes en la historia del deporte del centro de Europa y más concretamente del antiguo Imperio Austro-Húngaro, en regiones como Bohemia, Moravia, Eslovaquia, etc., que en su día formaron la nación Checoslovaca. Todo ello con una ideología fundamentada en la utilización de las actividades físicas como forma de educación personal, tanto física como espiritual.
其他摘要：This article investigates the origins of the physical activities and sports in different institutions and organizations of East Europe in order to contribute to a better knowledge about the evolution and the effects caused on the people of these countries. From that point of view, this article tries to go more deeply into the history of Orel, one the most prominent and influential movements in the middle Europe and in the regions of Bohemia, Moravia and Slovakia in the Austro-Hugarian Empire that would formed the Czechoslovakian nation years latter, with an ideology based in the use of physical activities as personal education instrument, so much physical as spiritual education.
