摘要：Los objetivos de este estudio son: a) Describir las estrategias de afrontamiento que usan los padres con hijos adolescentes y las que les son más útiles, y b) Verificar las posibles diferencias en función del nivel académico en cuanto a las estrategias de afrontamiento que usan y que les son útiles. A tal fin, una muestra de 386 padres (193 matrimonios) de hijos adolescentes fueron evaluados a partir del F-COPES (McCubbin et al., 1981). Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que a) las estrategias de afrontamiento usadas y consideradas útiles en mayor medida son las de Reestructuración y la de Obtención de Apoyo Social; b) tanto mujeres como varones puntúan en el mismo sentido; c) se producen diferencias significativas entre la frecuencia de uso y la de utilidad en todos los factores de F-COPES, pero únicamente la estrategias de Reestructuración es considerada como más útil aunque se use en menor medida; d) son los varones y mujeres con estudios universitarios quienes consideran la estrategia de Reestructuración como más útil frente al resto de categorías de la variable nivel de estudios
其他摘要：The aims of this study are: a) to describe the family coping strategies used by parents with teenagers and the more useful ones, and b) to check possible differences according to the academic level regarding the coping strategies used and considered useful.With this aim in view, a sample of 386 parents (193 married couples) with teenagers were evaluated using F-COPES (McCubbin et al., 1981). The results obtained prove that a) the Reframing and Acquiring Social Support strategies are the most used and useful family coping strategies; b) both women and men score in the same sense; c) significant differences are produced between the use and the utility frequency in all factors of F-COPES, but only the Reframing strategy is considered The most useful, although it is less used; d) those who consider the Reframing strategy the most useful are men and women with university stusies, as opposed to the rest of categories of the academic level variable.
