摘要：En este trabajo se presentan los resultados de un meta-análisis sobre la eficacia de las intervenciones conductuales en la fobia social específica y generalizada. Se incluyen un total de 15 artículos europeos que cumplieron con los criterios de selección, dando lugar a 35 estudios independientes, sobre los que se calculó la diferencia media tipificada entre el pretest-postest y pretest-seguimiento. El tamaño del efecto medio en la variable fobia social en el postest fue mayor para el subtipo generalizado (d+ = 1.109) que para el específico (d+ = 0.634). En el seguimiento, la magnitud de los efectos aumentó en ambos subtipos (d+ = 1.604 y d+ = 0.966, respectivamente). Se analiza la eficacia diferencial de las intervenciones conductuales y se presenta un modelo predictivo de la eficacia en los dos subtipos de fobia social. Finalmente, se discuten las implicaciones prácticas y clínicas de los resultados, así como para la investigación futura.
其他摘要：In this paper the results of a meta-analysis about the effectiveness of behavioural treatment on specific and generalised social phobia are presented. Fifteen European papers were included that met the selection criteria, offering a total of 35 independent studies, on which it was calculated the standardised mean difference between the pretest- postest and pretest - follow-up. The mean effect size at the postest on social phobia measures was higher for the generalised social phobia (d+ = 1.109) than for the specific subtype (d+ = 0.634). At the follow-up, the mean effect size increased in both subtypes of social phobia (d+ = 1.604 and d+ = 0.966, respectively). The differential efficacy of the different behavioural interventions are analysed and a tentative explanatory model of the effectiveness is presented for the two subtypes of social phobia. Finally, the practical and clinical implications of the results are discussed, as well as for future research.
