摘要：El presente artículo constituye un reporte parcial de un trabajo de investigación sobre el papel que juega el "saber experto" en la construcción social de la ciudadanía. El proble-ma de estudio se formula a partir del análisis de los think tank como tecnologías de gobierno de la sociedad del conocimiento. El enfoque metodológico es el estudio de caso y el análisis de discurso, estudiando los tres think tank de mayor influencia en Chile (Cen-tro de Estudios Publico, Instituto Libertad y Desarrollo y Fundación Chile 21). Los resulta-dos presentan un repertorio discursivo sobre la individualización de la desigualdad, identificando categorías temáticas y relaciones discursivas en los contenidos del reperto-rio.
其他摘要：This article constitutes a partial report of a research on the role of the expert knowledge in the social construction of citizenship. The problem of this present study is formulated from the analysis of the think tank as "technologies of government" of the knowledge society. The methodological approach is case study and discourse analysis, through the study of the three more influential think tanks in Chile (Centro de Estudios Público, Instituto Libertad y Desarrollo y Fundación Chile 21). The results of the analysis appear as a discursive repertoire on the individualization of inequality, identifying thematic cate-gories and discursive relationships in the contents of repertoire.
