摘要：Este trabajo pretende identificar los determinantes de la competitividad de las cooperativas. Los resultados obtenidos a partir de una muestra de 49 directivos de cooperativas y representantes del movimiento cooperativo señalan que el efecto conjunto de la orientación hacia el cliente y la participación en los resultados de los socios es el determinante fundamental de competitividad. Este hallazgo pone de manifiesto la importancia de la capacidad relacional como capacidad clave que deben poseer los directivos de estas empresas.
其他摘要：This work intends to identify the determinants of competitivity in cooperatives. The results obtained from a sample of 49 cooperative managers and representatives from the cooperative movement point out that the joint effect of the orientation towards the customer and the participation of the members in the performance is the main determinant of the competitivity. This finding highlights the importance of relational capacity as the key capacity which managers of these firms should have got.
