摘要：La trascendental importancia que están adquiriendo las entidades no lucrativas privadas en el actual marco mundial ha hecho que existan cada vez más agentes internos y externos a la organización que exigen una mayor transparencia y eficacia en su gestión. En nuestro trabajo, consideramos que el éxito de estas entidades debe medirse por la eficacia y eficiencia de su gestión en la consecución de su misión, lo que se traducirá en la satisfacción de las necesidades de sus beneficiarios. Por tal motivo, nos centramos en la búsqueda de indicadores de gestión que posibiliten la medida de la actividad desarrollada y su aplicación en un Cuadro de Mando Integral.
其他摘要：The transcendental importance that private non-profit organisations are gaining in the present world framework has led to an increasing number of internal and external agents to the organisations that demand greater transparency and effectiveness in their management. In our work, we consider that the success of these organisations should be measured by the effectiveness and efficiency of their management in the achievement of their mission, which will translate into the satisfaction of their beneficiaries' needs. For this reason, we focus on the search for management indicators which enable the measurement of the activity carried out and their application in a Balanced Scorecard.
