摘要：En este artículo son analizadas las relaciones entre desempleo y cooperativismo. Nosotros hipotetizamos que las cooperativas no son una solución al desempleo sino que son creadas por sus socios con el fin de mejorar las condiciones laborales. La contrastación de esta hipótesis se realizó mediante un estudio con presidentes de cooperativas recién constituidas. Los datos confirman como éstos presentan una buena experiencia laboral previa y estaban trabajando antes de crear la cooperativa.
其他摘要：In this article we analyse the relationships between unemployment and cooperative. We suppose that cooperatives there are not a solution to the unemployment but however they improve labour conditions. To check this we carried out a study with recently stars-up cooperatives. Our data confirms that presidents have a good previous labour experience as they were working before star-up cooperatives.
