摘要：La réglementation de la transformation des coopératives en d´autres formes sociales pose la problématique de la détermination du montant des fonds qui ne feront pas partie des ressources de la société résultante, parce que l´organisme correspondant les appliquera à l´emploi prévu par les statuts ou la législation. Le calcul de la somme de ces fonds a fait l´objet d´une réglementation de la Loi 27/1999 sur les Coopératives et, avec plus ou moins de réussite, des différentes lois applicables aux communautés autonomes, comme la Loi sur les Coopératives Andalouses. Dans le présent article, on interprète la rédaction confuse établie à cet égard par la Loi sur les Coopératives Andalouses et on l´applique à un cas réel de la transformation d´une société coopérative en une société agricole de transformation.
其他摘要：Regulating the transformation of co-operative societies into other social forms poses the problems of assessing the amount of funds that will not be part of the resources of the resulting society because they are allocated to be put to the use stipulated in the society by-laws or the legislation. The amount of allocated funds is regulated by the Co-operative Society Law 27/1999 and, with varying degrees of success, by different autonomous regional laws, as is the case of the Andalusian Cooperative Society Law (CAL). The present paper interprets the confusing phrasing in this respect in the CAL and applies the interpretation to a real case where a co-operative society becomes an agrarian processing society (SAT).
