摘要：Se realiza una breve semblanza de las principales posturas que sobre la tributación de las cooperativas se han expresado. A partir del indicado bagaje doctrinal se examinan las previsiones del texto constitucional sobre el cooperativismo y, en particular, la significación del mandato de fomento contenido en su artículo 129.2 con el propósito de averiguar si el precepto surte efectos en la órbita tributaria y puede extraerse del mismo alguna pauta de obligada observancia para el legislador ordinario como su principal e inicial destinatario, así como para el resto de los poderes públicos. Por último, se hace un recorrido por la regulación fiscal en vigor aplicable a las sociedades cooperativas, incidiendo tan sólo en aquellos aspectos básicos que pueden suscitar problemas desde la perspectiva del referido mandato de fomento.
其他摘要：A brief overview is given of the main stances adopted regarding co-operative taxation. Starting from the aforementioned doctrine, the constitutional projections regarding the co-operative movement are examined, and in particular, the meaning of the promotion mandate contained in article 129.2 with the purpose of finding out if the precept has consequences in the fiscal sphere and whether any kind of binding guideline can be extracted from this for the common legislator -as the first and main recipient- as well as for the other state powers. Lastly we run through tax regulations in force applicable to co-operatives, stressing only those basic aspects which can raise problems from the perspective of the aforementioned promotion mandate.
