摘要：Las empresas no deben desarrollar sus actividades sin considerar los efectos sociales y ambientales que provocan en la sociedad, al menos si quieren asegurarse su desarrollo y estabilidad a largo plazo. En los valores y principios presentes en la cultura cooperativa se pone de manifiesto de manera implícita el compromiso con estos elementos, teniendo muy en cuenta las expectativas y necesidades de las personas y la sociedad con la que se relacionan, lo que puede suponer una importante fuente de ventajas competitivas. En este sentido, una de las herramientas para gestionar este ámbito es el Balance Social, el cual pone de manifiesto la situación y circunstancias presentes en cada empresa, siendo el principal objetivo de este trabajo presentar un modelo general de Balance Social aplicable a las sociedades cooperativas agrarias.
其他摘要：Companies should not carry out their business activities without considering the social and environmental impact of these activities on society, particularly when their objective is to ensure their long-term development and stability. Their commitment to these factors is evident from the values and principles of cooperative organizations and their concern for the needs and expectations of the people and society around them, which can represent an important source of competitive advantages. In this sense, one of the main tools that can be used in the management of this area is Social Balance, which draws attention to the situation and circumstances of each company to which it is applied. The main objective of this article is to provide a general model of Social Balance that may be applied to all agricultural cooperative societies.
