摘要：Se atiende las características y particularidades de las interacciones profesoralumno en ambientes de aprendizaje online. Con este propósito se analizaron y clasificaron los intercambios comunicativos generados por los participantes de dos cursos dictados con modalidad a distancia a través de la internet. Los resultados se presentan en términos de los propósitos de las interacciones de profesores y alumnos, la frecuencia de los intercambios y su potencial valor pedagógico para la construcción de conocimientos.
其他摘要：The article takes care of the characteristics of teacher-student interactions in online courses. With this intention the communicative interchanges generated by the participants of two courses dictated through Internet were analyzed and classified. The results appear in terms of the intentions of the interactions of professors and students, the frequency of the interchanges and its potential pedagogical value for the construction of knowledge.
