摘要：El trabajo propone explorar las principales problemáticas que atraviesan a la universidad contemporánea en la Argentina. La perspectiva de análisis procura, por un lado, sistematizar una serie de tendencias históricas relacionadas con la expansión matricular, institucional y sectorial del subsistema universitario, como indagar también ciertos lineamientos referidos al gobierno, las normas y el papel del Estado nacional en la regulación de las instituciones desde el último retorno de la democracia al país. Por otra parte, esta aproximación estructural permite realizar un balance más ajustado de las líneas de continuidad y ruptura de las políticas universitarias recientes, al tiempo que considera el análisis del comportamiento asumido por diversos actores académicos. El argumento que orienta la investigación plantea que si bien ciertas medidas favorecen el desarrollo del sector, aún se advierten serias dificultades por parte del Estado para proyectar objetivos estratégicos de reforma y su seguimiento por parte de las instituciones.
其他摘要：The work proposes to explore the main problems going through contemporary university in Argentina. The analysis perspective intends, on the one hand, to systematize a series of historical trends related to enrollment, institutional and sectorial expansion of the university subsystem as well as investigating certain guidelines relating to the management, the standards and the national State's role in the regulation of institutions from the last return of democracy to the country. On the other hand, this structural approach allows better adjusted balance of the lines of continuity and rupture of recent university policies, while considering the analysis of the behavior assumed by various academic actors. The argument that leads the research suggests that while certain measures favor the development of the sector, there are still serious difficulties from the State to project strategic reforming objectives, and their follow-up from the institutions.
