标题：La prevención del VIH/SIDA en el colectivo de hombres que mantienen relaciones sexuales con hombres (HSH): Ejemplos de intervenciones preventivas individuales, grupales y comunitarias
摘要：El objetivo de este estudio es describir y sistematizar distintas intervenciones preventivas realizadas para controlar la propagación del virus de inmunodeficiencia humana (VIH) en el colectivo de hombres que practican sexo con hombres (HSH). Dichas intervenciones, centradas en el cambio de la conducta sexual de riesgo asociada a la transmisión del virus, han sido clasificadas en individuales, grupales y comunitarias, según su nivel de implantación. De cada una se describen los destinatarios, acciones y principales resultados. Se pretende así establecer unas breves conclusiones sobre las ventajas e inconvenientes de su utilización en función de variables personales, sociales, ambientales, etc. Los resultados permiten concluir que los intentos de prevención del VIH/SIDA, al menos en el colectivo HSH, deben considerar la necesidad de que intervenciones individuales y grupales se combinen con intervenciones comunitarias.
其他摘要：This theoretical review describes and classifies different preventive interventions aimed at reducing the spread of the infection caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) in men who have sex with men (MSM). These preventive interventions, focused on achieving a sexual behavior change, have been classified as individual, group and community-based interventions according to their implementation level. We will describe whom they are aimed at and their specific actions and results. This will allow us to determine the benefits and objections of their use in terms of individual, social and environmental variables. We conclude that HIV/AIDS preventive interventions focused on MSM, should consider the need of complementing individual and group interventions with community-based interventions.
